NovoMeet reads your calendar, sends an assistant into the meetings you choose, transcribes every word with speaker labels, and answers questions across everything you have ever been in.
ADDS ONLY THE NOTETAKER · ASSISTANT JOINS VISIBLY · NO CREDIT CARD
Connect Google Calendar and NovoMeet sees what is scheduled, so you never paste a link or remember to hit record.
The assistant joins as a visible participant, transcribes live with speaker labels, and captures decisions as they happen.
Ask a question across everything you have ever been in, and get the answer with the meeting it came from.
Every meeting ends with a structured summary: what was decided, who owns what, and what is due when. Share it, or just stop worrying about it.
Rollout locked for the 14th pending Ops sign-off. Migration moves to Thursday night. Comms plan owned by marketing, draft due Monday.
Stop scrubbing recordings. Ask in plain language across every meeting you have attended, and every answer arrives with a citation to the exact meeting and moment it came from.
Sign in with Google and connect your calendar. Your upcoming meetings appear, synced automatically.
Pick the meetings that matter. The assistant joins visibly, on Google Meet first, and transcribes live with speaker labels.
Every meeting ends with a summary and a searchable transcript. Ask questions across all of them and get cited answers.
Built by NovoLink for teams who would rather take part in a meeting than take minutes of it.
Anyone deciding whether to hand over their calendar deserves a straight answer. Here it is.
Your name and email identify your workspace and attribute meetings to you. We never see your password.
Event titles, times, attendees, and join links tell NovoMeet which meetings exist. For a Google Meet event you leave switched on, it adds itself to that event's guest list so it is let straight in — and Google refuses that unless the organiser allows guests to invite others. Nothing else in your calendar ever changes.
Audio, transcript, and summary, for the meetings you choose and no others. The assistant joins visibly and never hides that it is there.
We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not train models on your meetings. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Always. It joins as a visible, named participant and never hides that it is there. Obtaining any consent your jurisdiction requires is on you, and we make that easy by being obvious.
In one way, and only one. For a Google Meet event you have left switched on, NovoMeet adds its notetaker to the guest list, so it arrives as an invited guest rather than knocking for admission mid-conversation. Every meeting has that switch, it is on by default once you connect your calendar, and a meeting you switch off is never touched. NovoMeet never creates, deletes, or reschedules events, never edits titles, descriptions, or times, and never touches a guest. Where the organiser has not allowed guests to invite others, Google refuses the addition and the notetaker simply knocks instead. Everything else it does with your calendar is reading.
By default, yes. Once you connect your calendar every synced meeting carries a switch that starts on, and NovoMeet stays out of any meeting you switch off.
Google Meet today. Zoom and Microsoft Teams links are recognised, with full support on the roadmap.

Free while in beta. Your calendar stays yours. The assistant never joins uninvited.
