Anyone deciding whether to hand over their calendar deserves a straight answer. Here it is.
Your Google profile
Your name and email identify your workspace and attribute meetings to you. We never see your password.
Your calendar, and one guest list
Event titles, times, attendees, and join links tell NovoMeet which meetings exist. For a Google Meet event you leave switched on, it adds itself to that event's guest list so it is let straight in — and Google refuses that unless the organiser allows guests to invite others. Nothing else in your calendar ever changes.
Meetings you send it into
Audio, transcript, and summary, for the meetings you choose and no others. The assistant joins visibly and never hides that it is there.

Do meeting participants know the assistant is there?
Always. It joins as a visible, named participant and never hides that it is there. Obtaining any consent your jurisdiction requires is on you, and we make that easy by being obvious.
Can NovoMeet change my calendar?
In one way, and only one. For a Google Meet event you have left switched on, NovoMeet adds its notetaker to the guest list, so it arrives as an invited guest rather than knocking for admission mid-conversation. Every meeting has that switch, it is on by default once you connect your calendar, and a meeting you switch off is never touched. NovoMeet never creates, deletes, or reschedules events, never edits titles, descriptions, or times, and never touches a guest. Where the organiser has not allowed guests to invite others, Google refuses the addition and the notetaker simply knocks instead. Everything else it does with your calendar is reading.
Does it join every meeting on my calendar?
By default, yes. Once you connect your calendar every synced meeting carries a switch that starts on, and NovoMeet stays out of any meeting you switch off.
Which platforms are supported?
Google Meet today. Zoom and Microsoft Teams links are recognised, with full support on the roadmap.
What does it cost?
